+ HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? ?

+ HOW DO I ORDER WHOLESALE ?

We welcome the buyes who are interested in power supply. All you need is to provide us the item discription along with pictures through an email so that we can check and inform you about the prices and availability. please contact us by e-mail azhar@sammyfabrics.com.

+ Stitching or Custom Order ?

The stitching process takes between 20 to 30 days including custom orders. Handwork may takes 6 to 8 weeks.

+ DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS AROUND THE WORLD AND HOW LONG ITS TAKES?

DOMESTIC: For domestic shipments we use USPS priority mail which takes between 3 to 5 days depending on your location charges automatically calculated.

INTERNATIONAL: For International shipment we use USPS FEDEX TCS DHL and other express courier services at the rate of $35. Delivery time will be 5 to 7 days affter stitching.

+ CAN I ALTER MY MEASUREMENT AFTER PLACING ORDER?

Measurements can be altered until the item has undergone stitching.Write an email to azhar@sammyfabrics.com with details of your order and changes as soon as the order is placed.

+ WHAT IS A STANDARD BLOUSE STITCHING OPTION WHEN I BUY A SAREE?

A simple yet classy Round Neck Design with Short Sleeves will be given according to your measurement.

+ I HAVE ALREADY PAID SHIPPING CHARGES WHY WOULD I PAY CUSTOM DUTY OR VAT NOW?

The shipping charges we collect are freight charges. The custom duties/taxes is not a part of shipping charges and is usually decided by your local government. We have no control over the same.

+ HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

In case a product ordered is damaged, or has a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been delivered, we would request you to please take a photograph of the damaged product and contact our customer care service team at care@panashindia.com within 24 hrs of receiving the order. Please keep all packaging material, original invoice intact. Customized products cannot be returned on the basis of measurement issues. It can only be altered according to your charges. We shall act on it within 48 hrs.

+ HOW DO I LOG IN/REGISTER?

At the bottom of all page in middle you will see the option of Subscribe To Our Newsletter. Please enter your email address and Click Sign Up and you will receive a confirmation mail from our end.

+ HOW LONG WILL I TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

An approximate delivery time is mentioned against each product. Our aim is to get your order delivered to you as fast as possible.

+ WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You Can use all Major Credit and Debit cards inculuding Apple. You may also use a Paypal account to complete your transaction.

+ WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details billing addresses and passwords. If your payment fails, please feel free to contact us at azhar@sammyfabrics.com. We will resolve the issue. If your payment is debited from your account after the payment failure, it will be credited back within 3 to 5 business days after we receive a confirmation from the bank.
